Certification In Food Production

This subject include basics of food preparation and Culinary Course. During the duration of this Culinary course in Dehradun, topics such as food commodities, cooking fuels, methods of cooking, food ethics, kitchen equipment, etc. are taught to the students. The practical classes of culinary course and food production are spread over four to five weeks.
